Stop, collaborate and listen, my fellow homewares lovers. Zara Home is launching in Australia in a matter of mere days. I could not be more excited – it is perfect timing for me, as I move to a new pad in a couple of short weeks! Somewhat sadly for me, as a soon to be Sydneysider, the first Zara Home store in Australia will be in Melbourne. A Sydney store will be soon to follow though, so silver lining – I’ll just have more time to save my pennies. Like Zara’s main fashion stores, the name of the game will surely be chic, on-trend and affordable. There will be two collections each year, with weekly drops of new stock including bedding, tableware, linen, knick knacks and a bath and body line. I’m pretty sure it’s going to be amazeballs, if these pics are anything to go by.
The key to achieving a luxe look with Zara Home products will be to mix them in with what you already own and your other finds – no one likes a cookie cutter room. Furthermore, consider finding your neutrals at places like Zara Home, and get your statement pieces from other places for a really true to you look. I love the vine print quilt below, but more realistically I’ve got my eye on the blue and white cushions pictured above, and the masses of neutral cushions and throws on the beds and couches below. My Queen of Neutrals heart is singing! These delicious images are from the US store lookbook, but they are a taste of what we can expect down under – here’s hoping, anyway!
Are you as excited as I am for the launch of Zara Home in Australia?? x
